v2.0.1 Bugfix

Fixed issue where files skipped for missing moov or otherwise not decoding would be repeatedly scanned on loop. This caused constant ~20% CPU usage. Now fixed by using a new bad_ log file.

v2.0 Enhancements/Fixes

Major changes to include: Support for event.mp4 files generated by Sentry Mode 2025+, granular retention times for each folder/file type, Intel GPU support, proper skipping of thumbnails (sorry Andre1506!), better error handling of poorly encoded files (usually Recent Clips, cut off), and full support for Recent clips. I can't remember if I added that last one or if I just tweaked it after - I think I added it years back.
