Added

• Optional encrypted OS credential vault for stored server passwords, via
  the GetStoreTypePass setting (0 = pgpass, 1 = pgpass + secret store,
  2 = secret store only). On Linux this requires wxWidgets built with
  libsecret support. When enabled, passwords already present in pgpass
  are migrated into the secret store on first connect.
• Added a far2l plugin integration (via NetRocks connect) for opening a
  configured server connection directly from far2l.
• Releases now also publish a portable Windows zip
  (pgAdmin3-<version>-windows-x64.zip), assembled from the committed
  x64/Release/ build via the new windows/package_release.sh
  (make build-win). It bundles guru hint HTML docs for all 18 languages
  that have them (previously not shipped in x64/Release/ at all) and
  fills in the wxstd.mo wx-stock-string catalog for 34 languages that
  were missing one, sourced from the original pgadmin-org/pgadmin3 project
  (vendored under i18n/wx-stock/). Note: this zip is built from the
  x64/Release/pgAdmin3.exe/DLLs tracked in this repo's master branch
  (the upstream levinsv/pgadmin3 fork this project pulls fixes from) and
  may lag behind the fixes and features in this fork's main branch/macOS
  build.

• Fixed the query tab counter incorrectly resetting/misparsing tab titles
  that didn't start with the literal word "Query".

• Updated the CI cmake workflow to use the wx3.2.4 CodeLite repository.
