Changed CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR to 'lib' for Snappy build because of Snappy is not found by leveldb build on some platforms if installed in wrong directory. Resolves: OLPEDGE-896 Signed-off-by: Serhii Lozynskyi <ext-serhii.lozynskyi@here.com>
