- Also fix API response type to be always FEATURE_COLLECTION when requesting multiple versions of a feature
- Updated existing tests accordingly
- Add test to verify version 0 is always used for all features originating from the space that has been extended. If being overridden in the extension space, the default version-numbering system of extension space is used.
