This is the initial public release of the percent microservice.
Setup instructions:
First, make sure that an up to date version of node.js is installed on your system. Visit https://nodejs.org/en for more details on how to do this and to get the necessary installation packages.
Download the source code and unpack it. After unpacking, open up the .env file and set the port number to an available port on your system. I have found that anything over 3000 is usually fine.
Now, open this folder in a terminal and run npm install. This should get the necessary node modules.
If everything installed correctly, start the service by running npm start. Data can now be sent to the port that you have chosen on the localhost. For more info on how to send/receive data from the service see the README.
