Upgrades both
ps-execplugin as well asssh2. I had hoped this would remove our inclusion ofv0.0.2ofcpu-features.. however, we'll need to upgradetunnel-sshfor that as well, and going from 4 -> 5 fortunnel-sshis not trivial
