Description
A 1-line-install memory system for Claude Code that prevents context loss between sessions. Uses ChromaDB vector storage and MCP integration to automatically compress conversations, load relevant context at startup, and enable semantic search across all past sessions. Features instant startup with flat file indexing and Smart Trash for recovery. Free-to-use forever with local-only storage for privacy.
Install: npm install -g claude-mem && claude-mem install
