Install cleanup

• Removed the unused node-fetch dependency and its deprecated node-domexception transitive dependency.
• Replaced the direct uuid dependency with Node 20+ built-in crypto.randomUUID().
• Fresh npm install -g adobe-premiere-pro-mcp installs without the previous deprecation warnings.

Verification

• npm run build
• npm test -- --runInBand --silent (158 tests)
• npm run pack:check
• MCPB bundle validation
