Bug Fixes

• Fix cs -list silently stopping early - set -e + pipefail caused the script to abort when a session log used the newer timestamp format (missing Started: line). Sessions after the first affected one alphabetically were silently dropped.
• Fix unguarded grep pipeline in config reader - Same set -e + pipefail issue could crash config lookups when a key wasn't found.

Improvements

• 6x faster cs -list (4.86s → 0.78s for 58 sessions)
  • Dump macOS Keychain once instead of invoking cs-secrets per session
  • Parse keychain dump and log files with bash builtins instead of forking subprocesses
• Support new log format - Sessions using the YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS - Session started format now correctly show their created date.
