• Discoveries archive & compaction system - Keeps discoveries.md lean for context loading while preserving all historical findings

  • New PreCompact hook (discoveries-archiver.sh) automatically rotates old entries to discoveries.archive.md when discoveries exceed 200 lines
  • New /compact-discoveries slash command condenses the archive into a compact LLM summary (discoveries.compact.md)
  • Stop hook now suggests running compaction when the archive grows large
  • discovery-commits.sh handles all three discovery files with distinct commit prefixes
  • changes-tracker.sh skips archive and compact files to reduce noise

• Session locking - PID-based lock prevents concurrent access to the same session from multiple terminals; use --force to override

Improvements

• Discoveries reminder now reviews entries inline and appends new ones in background (split workflow)

Bug Fixes

• Fixed discovery-commits.sh missing from uninstall hook cleanup
