Improvements

  • Descriptive auto-sync commits - Session-end commits now list changed files (e.g. 馃攧 3 files: discoveries.md, script.py, config.yaml) instead of generic timestamps
  • Background discoveries compaction - Stop hook triggers compaction as a background sonnet subagent instead of blocking the conversation
