Installation Options

Option 1: Signed XPI (Recommended)

If available, download the *-signed.xpi file and install directly in Firefox by dragging and dropping it onto the browser window.

Option 2: Unsigned XPI (Developer Mode)

1. Download the local-tts-reader-firefox-v0.2.0.xpi file
2. Open Firefox and go to about:config
3. Set xpinstall.signatures.required to false
4. Go to about:addons and drag the XPI file onto the page

Option 3: Temporary Installation

1. Download and extract the XPI file (it's a zip archive)
2. Open Firefox and go to about:debugging
3. Click "This Firefox" in the sidebar
4. Click "Load Temporary Add-on"
5. Select the manifest.json file from the extracted folder
