Plumbing-only release: migrates the plugin layout to the canonical Claude Code structure.

Install (one-line via marketplace)

/plugin marketplace add heyfinal/claude-plugins
/plugin install callsign

What changed

  • plugin/manifest.json → .claude-plugin/plugin.json (root), matching the schema used by anthropics/claude-plugins-official.
  • plugin/skills/ → skills/, plugin/commands/ → commands/ at repo root.
  • New .claude-plugin/marketplace.json so the repo is also installable as a self-marketplace: /plugin marketplace add heyfinal/callsign.
  • SessionStart hook path adjusted: ${PLUGIN_DIR}/../src/... → ${PLUGIN_DIR}/src/....

No functional changes to the agent behaviour from v0.2.0.
