HyperFrames v0.7.81

Released on 2026-07-29.

HyperFrames now retries transient Google Fonts CSS and font-file failures during distributed
planning without misclassifying them as deterministic project errors. Retries remain tightly
bounded, respect cancellation and Retry-After within a shared budget, and surface exhaustion
as FONT_FETCH_UNAVAILABLE for orchestration-level recovery.
