notion-doc 3.5.0 — Title matches heading

Choose a tag to compare

@heyman333 heyman333 released this 12 Oct 02:51

Generated HTML documents now use the same text for the browser tab title and the page heading.

<title> matches <h1>

SKILL.md now says it outright: in HTML, <title> is the exact same text as the <h1>. Previously the template's placeholder could be left behind or drift from the real heading, so tabs, bookmarks and PDF exports showed a different name than the page itself.

lint.py enforces it with a new title-mismatch warning. Tags and whitespace are ignored and HTML entities are decoded before comparing. It is a warning, not an error, so it never fails a build or blocks the hook.

! doc.html
  WARN [title-mismatch] <title> "Other" differs from <h1> "캠페인 제안" — use the same text for both

Also in this release

  • Brand hero image at the top of the README
  • README.ko.md wording polished (content unchanged)

Upgrading from 3.4.x

Nothing to redo. template.html is unchanged, so documents you already generated stay valid. Older documents whose <title> differs from their <h1> will only show the new warning.

notion-doc 3.4.0 — Codex support

Choose a tag to compare

@heyman333 heyman333 released this 17 Sep 08:46

notion-doc is now a portable Agent Plugin — Codex and Claude Code install the same files from this repo.

Codex support

codex plugin marketplace add heyman333/agent-notion-template-docs

Then pick notion-doc in /plugins. Once installed, ask for a document and the skill applies on its own; $notion-doc forces it.

No plugin? The skill is just a directory:

mkdir -p ~/.agents/skills && cp -r skills/notion-doc ~/.agents/skills/

Fixed: the lint hook was blind under Codex

Codex reports a write as tool_name: "apply_patch" and puts the file paths in the patch body, not in tool_input.file_path. The hook only read file_path, so under Codex it silently checked nothing. It now reads both payload shapes and handles several files in one call. Regression cases are pinned in hooks/test_gating.py.

Also in this release

  • plugin.json (Agent Plugins 1.0, canonical) and .codex-plugin/plugin.json for compatibility
  • .agents/plugins/marketplace.json — the Codex marketplace catalog
  • .agents/skills/notion-doc is a symlink to skills/notion-doc, so the two agents can never drift apart
  • AGENTS.md — instructions for agents working on this repo, which it did not have before
  • scripts/check_manifests.py in CI: five manifests now carry the version string, and this fails the build if they disagree or if the symlink turns into a copy
  • Claude-specific wording removed from the skill description and SKILL.md

Upgrading from 3.3.x

Nothing to redo. template.html is unchanged, so documents you already generated stay valid, and the Claude Code install path works exactly as before:

/plugin marketplace update agent-notion-template-docs
/plugin update notion-doc@agent-notion-template-docs
