Fix shared board column settings save errors - #321

Updated BoardColumnSettingsDialog.vue to display actionable save errors for network, permission, validation, and server failures. Errors clear when reopening or editing, the dialog stays open for retries, and Save remains disabled while saving. Validation: Frontend checks could not run because Bun and local frontend dependencies are unavailable. The fallback system ESLint was incompatible with the repository configuration.
