Updated board mapper credential validation to use the shared-access-aware credential service and renamed the helper accordingly. Added regression coverage for owned, directly shared, team-shared, and inaccessible credentials. Validation: 28 focused tests passed. Ruff lint and formatting checks passed for all changed files.

Use get_accessible_credential when validating board mapper credentials so owned, directly shared, and team-shared credentials are accepted. Add regression tests covering every credential access pattern and inaccessible credentials.
