Set Heym User-Agent on OpenAI SDK requests - #335

Added the Heym User-Agent default header to all OpenAI SDK clients: OpenAI, Google OpenAI-compatible, and custom providers. Confirmed direct Gemini httpx requests already set the same header. Validation: Passed Ruff lint, Ruff format check, and Python compilation for llm_service.py.
