- Updated version numbers in README.md, VERSION, pyproject.toml, uv.lock, frontend .env.development, and package.json to reflect the new version 0.0.86. - Enhanced error handling in the list_active_workflow_executions function to ensure partial data is returned instead of a 500 error when individual reads fail. - Added a test to verify that pending review failures do not cause the endpoint to return an error.
