Jetslalom v1.2

Executable copies (x86 only) of Jetslalom for Linux and Windows.

Changes from v1.1:

• Enabled vsync. This dramatically reduces cpu usage by preventing overly high rendering framerates
• Added new stages (including 2 new corridor sections), just for variety
• Tweaked existing stage parameters to make things more interesting

• Unlocked framerate (was previously locked at 24fps for retro effect)
• Tweaked game feel parameters to account for faster framerate
• Added support for resizing the window (allows for maximization)
