Executable copies (x86 only) of Jetslalom for Linux and Windows.
Changes from v1.1:
- Enabled vsync. This dramatically reduces cpu usage by preventing overly high rendering framerates
- Added new stages (including 2 new corridor sections), just for variety
- Tweaked existing stage parameters to make things more interesting
