👋 Hello there! I'm Himanshu Gupta

I have always been fond of technology and how it has evolved our lives. After first learning Python at high school, this passion for learning and problem-solving using technology is growing day by day. I am a Full-stack Developer, graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Computer Science and concentrations in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering. About couple of years ago, I have co-founded a one-stop-shop platform, Versa, for posting services and hiring freelancers with a modern user experience through the built-in messaging, scheduler, and digital checkout using React, Jest, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS.

During my first Co-Op at Penn Mutual, I collaborated in designing, building, and maintaining the new Annuity Platform for annual transactions of over $450 million. In my second Co-Op at Susquehanna International Group, I have developed, tested, and deployed scalable, highly available, and modular trader-facing applications to provide fast and continuous market data to all traders.

With the experience of two Co-ops, I am a detail-oriented, responsible, and committed engineer with a get-it-done attitude and producing high-quality products at a fast velocity. I am currently working as a full-stack developer for a startup, Versa, to build a one-stop-shop platform for posting services and hiring freelancers with a modern user experience through the built-in messaging, scheduler, and digital checkout.

Moreover, I am always looking to outgrow my skills, which led me to research and design smart wearables for real-time respiratory monitoring using Deep Learning.
