Doctrine ORM 2->3 / DBAL 4.x compatibility fixes:

  • NodeRepository: $this->_em no longer exists on EntityRepository, use getEntityManager()
  • Fixed legacy Doctrine\Common\Persistence namespace (removed in doctrine/persistence 4.x) in NodeVersionLockHelper
  • Fixed NodeAdminController::editAction() referencing an undefined $id (pre-existing bug, unrelated to the ORM upgrade, found while testing the page editor) - now reads it via $request->get($this->admin->getIdParameter()) to stay signature-compatible with Sonata's CRUDController
