Rewrote the code to make it easier for debugging (instead of one file for everything i splitted everything)
Fixed .desktop bug
Added options to the run command (thanks for the suggestion .desktop bug)
A lot of bugs appeared after 1.5 and the first attempt of the 2.0.0 (due to technical difficulties) and i fixed those too.
Recreated the repository to symbolise our fresh start.
