Proton-Cli v2.1.1

Here's what i added to each command:
check: Works in it's separate file now.
pull: Works in it's separate file with new code
proton-delete: Works in it's separate file. Fixed a bug that prevented deleting proton versions.
run: Added support for shortcuts(.desktop). Fixed a major bug that made shortcuts unusable.
run-app: Deprecated because it was too hard to maintain with run command and didn't work properly. Merged with the code of run
help: Works in it's separate file. Removed proton-cli banner
Every other command now works in it's own file (for developing purposes and making bug fixing easier)

When i posted proton-cli on reddit there were a lot of controversies about proton-cli being ai-slop and not having some basic functions. But i've come a long way to learn from my mistakes as a vibe-coder. "Proton-cli has been developed with ai" yet this not a reason to not use proton-cli. Behind proton-cli, there were good intensions. I don't gain anything from this project and i just want to help linux gaming community. AI is something we should be aware and careful of. I also hate companies that shove up ai into anything they see but i am neither a company or someone that is makes profit using ai. That being said i guess it is time to release proton-cli once again for production.
update: Added .deb and .rpm for easier installation!
