Horion v0.1.0 — Phase 1

This release provides the verified Windows x64 desktop application shell built with Tauri 2, Rust, React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.

Included

  • Windows x64 NSIS installer
  • Responsive desktop navigation and application layout
  • Dark, light, and system themes
  • Honest offline/development states for features not yet integrated

Important

Mihomo, proxy management, subscriptions, system proxy, TUN, tray integration, and updating are not implemented in Phase 1. The installer is currently unsigned, so Windows may display an unknown publisher warning.
