Application itself has only minor changes like some encoding fixes. Majority of
changes relate to the docker build environment, how sentinel is being
distributed and lots of documentation around those things.

Just (this forks) first release to have one at all

This release only consist of the dip of the upstream repository with some fixes
applied that I was able to reliably build the minimally required modules.

The need to build the project arised because the download link in the upstream
repo ended up in a HTTP 404 response.

WARN: THIS RELEASE IS NOT TESTED! Primary reason for this is that I nearly
never used the software myself. And so don't know if some behavior is a feature
or not. Another reason is that I do neither have a scanner nor a camera I could
use to test anythin useful.

Therefore intent of this release is: May it will help someone. May it will not.
At least there is a bundle easy to download, ready-to-run.

NOTE: Installer and integrationTest module are not available in this
release (had no time to build them properly)
