Dely 0.24.1 is a documentation fix for setup.

• Setup now says where Dely finds your personal pins file. In a linked worktree it looks in that worktree first, then in the main checkout, and it reads only one personal file. The helper already worked this way in 0.24.0, and the README already said so.

No change to the helper, the delivery skill, the extension, or any harness.

Known limit: Dely only looks in the main checkout when Git's common directory is named .git. A bare repository, or one whose Git directory has a different name, uses only the personal file in the current worktree.
