Media sources: an app serves <video> and <audio> bytes from its own
code (blocks fetched from another device, a file decrypted on the fly)
instead of files below a folder, with HTTP Range, so playback starts at
once and seeks work. A Source gives each path's size (sizeFn, null
for 404) and copies bytes from an offset (readFn), thread-safe. On
desktop, media_server.Options.source serves it on the loopback server
in place of root_dir, with the same Host check, CORS, Range, HEAD and
416, reading up to 256 KiB at a time. On Android, media_scheme.setSource(source) serves it at https://app.localhost/media/ instead of the root until clearSource(): OrielMedia's stream reads through NativeLib.mediaSize/mediaRead, and the WebView's skip to a range's
first byte only moves its position. Elsewhere setSource returns error.Unsupported.
