Prep for transferring codeoid-ui into the highflame-ai org (staying MIT/OSS). Flips live repo URLs (Cargo.toml/README/security/badges/cross-repo links) from saucam to highflame-ai and adds DCO sign-off terms. Leaves CHANGELOG history unchanged (GitHub redirects cover old PR/compare links). DO NOT MERGE until the repo transfer is executed. Post-transfer cleanup now that codeoid-ui lives at
highflame-ai/codeoid-ui. Flips live repo URLssaucam→highflame-ai(both this repo and cross-repo links to thecodeoiddaemon, which also moved) and adds DCO sign-off terms.Re-derived fresh against current
main. 5 files:Cargo.toml(repository/homepage),README.md+SECURITY.md+RELEASING.md(badges + cross-repo links),CONTRIBUTING.md(URL flip + DCO section).Deliberately unchanged:
CHANGELOG.md+ the per-cratecrates/*/CHANGELOG.mdhistories — GitHub redirects cover old PR/compare links, and release-plz regenerates new links fromCargo.tomlgoing forward.License unchanged (staying MIT).
