Sync failed when reaching old UserIDs

There was a time when it was possible to create old UserIDs with UPPERCASE symbols, because of this, some payloads like Sync might crash.

The client must be refactored so that jsoncreator and the factory method dont share same validations, (jsoncreator has to be more lax)
