Highlights

  • Adds a setting to show or hide the input badge; when hidden, Ctrl+E still presents the input badge in its loading state.
  • Calculates Max Tokens dynamically from the selected text, system prompt, translation direction, and reasoning-token reserve.
  • Prevents dynamic token budgets from exceeding the model context window and retries safely after truncation when needed.
  • Keeps existing grammar and improvement workflows intact while making token usage adapt to text length.

Requirements

  • macOS 15.5 or later.
  • Universal build for Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
  • Accessibility permission is required to detect and replace selected text in other apps.

Signing

This beta is signed with a Developer ID Application certificate, notarized by Apple, and includes a stapled notarization ticket for offline verification.
