Same code as 0.3.0 — auto-flag rules (alivetabs.rules), custom presets (alivetabs.presets), deep-mode flag rendering, node:test suite.

Open VSX is currently holding all new versions inactive pending publisher-agreement/moderation resolution; this VSIX is the current build.
