Added

• macOS DMG installer: open it and drag HinaTracer to Applications (the zip is still available)
• Copy column: right-click any table (Ping, HTTP, traceroute hops, IP lookup) to copy one column of all selected rows, one value per line in the current sort order; Ctrl+A selects all
• Desktop alerts (all off by default): system notifications when a Ping or HTTP target goes down and, optionally, when it recovers; a tray icon; optional minimize to tray on close
• Configurable down threshold: choose how many failures in a row count as down (1–100, default 3)
• Auto-connect to the remote WebUI at startup (Settings → Data source, off by default)
• In remote mode, Settings clearly separates local and remote server settings
• Built-in controls such as text field menus and dialogs now follow the app language

• WebUI language settings are now two rows: "My language" (this browser only, also for guests, with "Follow default") and "Default language" (saved in the config, admins only)
• The desktop app runs only once per user: opening it again brings the existing window to the front, including from the tray or when minimized. Command-line tools and --web mode are not affected
• READMEs in all four languages have been reorganized

Fixed

• Release files and SHA256SUMS.txt can no longer get out of step when a build runs twice, and every release is verified after upload. If an update download fails verification, the app explains it clearly and cancels the update without replacing anything
• Linux traceroute / MTR now shows every hop when run as a normal user
• Quitting the desktop app or switching data source while connected to a remote WebUI no longer stops monitoring or traceroutes on the server
• The traceroute page no longer creates or switches tabs on a remote server by itself
• The WebUI now shows the address the server is actually listening on
• API token times in the desktop app no longer show 1970
• Tray menu "Quit" now always exits the app
