Use the RShiny app

The RShiny app provides a user-friendly interface for using the R package HIVBackCalc to estimate undiagnosed HIV from testing history data. The instruction manual provides more detailed information. Two main options are available:
1. Run the app from RShiny's web server
The web-based version of the app is available at
https://hivbackcalc.shinyapps.io/main
The site includes a sample dataset. Users may also upload their own data but data privacy is not guaranteed.
2. Run the app from a local machine
The app can also be run on a local machine by installing R and RStudio and loading the app via GitHub. Installation instructions are available in the instruction manual.
