Fixed

  • The same-component fold for agent-filed findings now also counts App-bot issues on the shared path that were closed as completed in the last 14 days, so a one-variant-one-PR stream no longer resets the count every time a fix merges (#11239). The finding still folds only into the oldest open sibling; not_planned/duplicate closures stay with the rejected-twin gate.
  • The kick's ISSUE FILTER notice is no longer rendered when no issue-label allowlist is configured (for example when only reporter-trust settings are present), so an empty allowlist means "no label filter" instead of reading as deny-all (#11572).
