Fixed

  • dashboard: lower the contributor landing inline-style ratchet baseline to the current count so TestStyleRatchet stops reporting stale drift on v5 (#12270)
  • The kick_failed_repeatedly self-report now states why a kick was undeliverable instead of an empty () (#12268).
