Repository navigation
v5.178.0
Added
- The dashboard Throughput section gains an Evidence sub-panel with reviewer calibration (merge and block rate by confidence bucket per perspective) and reviewer accuracy by model family (false-approve/false-block split by author kind), read from
GET /api/evidence/summaryand following the Throughput window and repo selector (#12064). - Added a recovery runbook for agent backend-auth failures (
src/docs/backend-auth-recovery-runbook.md) covering detection, per-status remedies and verification. - Expose the knowledge pipeline settings in the dashboard Settings dialog: a new Knowledge pipeline block on the Knowledge tab edits the bead synthesizer (on/off applies at once; schedule, target layer, minimum confidence, per-cycle fact and GitHub API caps, bead retention), scheduled curator promotion, repository code maps and the kick primer caps through the owner-only
PUT /api/config/knowledge/pipeline, shows the engine, vault paths and primer merge strategy read-only, and labels the public read-only MCP switch with its YAML key (#11854).
Changed
- The hub's owner-only
GET /api/hub/evidencedrill-down now also reports revert rate by ACMM level, same- vs cross-family reviewer false-approve rates, and per-hive evidence record coverage, each withnand a Wilson interval (null below 10 samples).
Fixed
- Fixed the hub advancing and re-arming a new upgrade target for an auto-upgrade hive whose upgrade was merely slow (#12142): stale-upgrade recovery now leaves the target alone while the spoke's latest heartbeat still reports
Upgrading, so a slow rollout no longer triggers extra rolls on top of the load that slowed it. Stuck-upgrade alerting is unchanged.
