Fixed

  • Trusted human GitHub approval reviews on the exact PR head now clear L6 self-authored requires_human review holds without weakening changes-requested verdicts (#12791).
  • App-authored pull requests no longer flap between role/trusted and role/untrusted when automerge lanes observe them in different sweep ticks.
