  • Format auto-detection — spec-view now detects spec-kit, Kiro, OpenSpec, and generic markdown formats automatically
  • spec-kit support — Phases, task IDs (T001), parallel markers ([P]), user story refs ([US1]), and checkpoints are
    parsed and displayed
  • Phase-structured views — TUI and web UI show tasks grouped by phase with progress tracking
  • Enriched task display — Task ID badges, parallel icons, colored story tags, checkpoint dividers in both TUI and
    web
  • Format badges — Dashboard shows detected format on spec cards
  • 24 new tests (89 total, all passing)
