New Features

  • Global Progress Bar — green visual bar with percentage, task counts, and spec status pinned above the footer on all
    TUI screens (dashboard, tasks, history)
  • Loop History Screen — new l keybinding opens a two-pane git commit timeline showing what each wiggum loop iteration
    accomplished, with bot/manual badges and task completion tracking
  • Wiggum Plan Section Parsing — IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md is split into per-JTBD sections, each with its own status, tasks,
    and progress instead of one monolithic entry
  • Plan Archive Convention — completed JTBDs move to IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN_ARCHIVE.md so they survive plan regeneration
  • Archive Group Headings — archived items preserve their source grouping (plan sections stay under "Implementation Plan"
    within Archive)

Improvements

  • Keyboard Navigation — arrow keys work alongside vim keys; focus stays on tree until leaf node selected with Enter/l
  • Removed redundant refresh keybinding (file watcher handles it)
  • Web UI — global progress bar on all pages, plan section grouping on dashboard and tasks, history page at /loops
