Re-add functionality:

  • IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md and IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN_ARCHIVE.md at the project root are now automatically discovered without needing a .spec-view/config.yaml entry.

  • Previously, plan sections only appeared if manually added to the include config.
