task-manager-packages/ is no longer part of this repository. The packages live in
https://github.com/hk9890/task-manager-packages and are installed with
taskmgr package repo add. A name: entry resolves across the installed
repositories, so an existing flat install under <home>/packages/<name> must be
reinstalled; the use: entry itself is unchanged.

The SDK break in #86: AddComment, EditComment and DeleteComment take an
Actor in place of the author string.
