  • Complete ASCII Diagram Retirement: Eliminated legacy ASCII box-drawing diagrams across documentation, README, and source headers in favor of photorealistic 3D perspective visual assets and structured slot tables.
  • 3D Standing Slat Perspective Stacks: Generated perspective-transformed standing panels (\docs/themes/theme-stack-3d-trio-clean.png, \ heme-stack-3d-deck.png, etc.) using homographic projection matrices, floor reflections, and contact shadow gradients.
  • Three Native Layout Engines: Documented and verified \dashboard\ (operations/tabs), \studio\ (document/tree), and \compact\ (single-purpose/folded bar) in docs/SHELL-MODES.md.

⚓ Slot Parity & App Docks

  • \�ottomDock\ Slot: Added \slots.bottomDock\ support to \AppShell\ and \BottomPanel\ for clean docking of terminals, process output, and logs.
  • App Docks Precedence: \slots.rightDock\ now takes full precedence over demo views in \RightPanel, preventing mock toasts from displaying alongside real application rails.
  • Install Script Approvals: Added approved scripts in \package.json\ (\�llowScripts) for esbuild, electron, and electron-winstaller to unblock fresh clones on Windows.
