fix(consumer-gate) — Use a disposable trusted CODEX_HOME and rollout JSONL as named-role runtime evidence, and do not pass --ephemeral.
fix(distribution) — Keep the clean-checkout gate on distribution generate only, so validate and verify can run while parallel tests or local WIP dirty the tree.
docs(codex) — Clarify named-role runtime evidence: use a non-built-in canary, record CUSTOM_AGENT_REGISTRY_UNAVAILABLE only from typed registry failure, and do not treat a text marker as PASS.
