GPKit 1.0.0

First release.

GPKit reads GP data in Swift: OMM as CSV, JSON, XML or KVN, and TLE with Alpha-5. Catalog numbers are plain integers, six and nine digits included. It also does SGP4 and pass prediction with Doppler.

It's checked against three things. It passes gpconf: 17 of 18 cases, and the other one doesn't run a parser. The SGP4 port matches Vallado's C++ to the last bit on the verification cases. Passes agree with Skyfield to within half a second.

It doesn't build for watchOS. The README has the details.
