Migrate remaining hardcoded dark colors to theme tokens so light mode renders correctly (follow-up to #6). Root cause of the dark popovers/menus: popover.scss/flyoutmenu.scss/directorypreview.scss hardcoded #212121 -> now use the modal vars.
