• Shell completions: confcli completions <shell> | head no longer panics on broken pipe.
• page update now errors if no changes are specified (prevents confusing no-op “success”).
• Friendlier HTTP errors: large raw response bodies are no longer printed by default; use -v to include the response body.
• Auth hinting: 401/403 (and some generic 404 Not Found) now include a hint to run confcli auth status.
• copy-tree --dry-run output is clearer (no more dry-run:<id> pseudo-parent IDs in messages).
• Error reporting: non-verbose mode now prints the full anyhow error chain (preserves context like “Failed to fetch page …: 404 …”).
• Help text: --output help now consistently mentions markdown where supported.
• Installer: curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hochej/confcli/main/install.sh | sh now works (fixed stdout pollution breaking version detection) and README examples for VERSION/INSTALL_DIR piping are correct.
• Deep page trees: page children --recursive and copy-tree now correctly traverse/copy deep hierarchies by walking direct-children instead of relying on the limited /descendants endpoint.
• page get -o table output no longer dumps the full page body by default; use --show-body to include it.

• space create --compact-json for smaller, human-friendly JSON output.
• Consistent delete output flags: space delete, page delete, attachment delete, and comment delete now accept -o/--output.
