Changes

  • Dependencies: updated Rust dependencies, including lru, plist, and
    quick-xml fixes, and removed the obsolete quick-xml security audit exceptions.
    Also updated the HTTP client, serialization, CLI parsing, async runtime, and
    embedded web asset dependencies.
  • Development: standardized web and plugin tooling on Node.js 24 LTS through
    .nvmrc, package engine declarations, and shared CI/release configuration.
    Updated Node type declarations and prevented Node's global Web Storage from
    interfering with jsdom tests.
  • Plugin skills: released leaf plugin 0.12.0 — narrowed automatic LEAF routing
    so clear ordinary work proceeds directly, moved lifecycle-only guidance out of
    startup context, and preserved explicit requests for step-by-step approval.
    A missing CLI now prompts installation only when actual LEAF records need it.
