Removing const qualifier to avoid warning

No more raw pointers

I think this was one of my first C++ projects and I had no idea of data structures. Everything here was before based on raw allocations and some flags that make sure that the memory is cleanup when the class is destroyed. I moved all of this now to use of vector instead to maintain my sanity.
